I recently used Big Blue Plumbing for work required within my home and was most happy with not only Plumber Jamie's work, but the courtesy, kindness, and professionalism shown by both Jamie and his assistant. I have other plumbing work planned for the future and will definitely call on Gold Coast Plumbing to help me out.

Jamie and the team were prompt, efficient and friendly. They took the time to outline work needed and were happy to answer any questions along the way. Nobody likes to have to call a plumber out to a water leak (which is what happened to us) but getting a quick response and the quality of service we received from Big Blue Plumbing made it easy for us.Shout out to Corey and Rod for good communication and courteous service. Thank you all Joanne Mansell

Letter from the owner

Dear Neighbour,

Last time a tradesperson was in your home, did you feel that you were in the hands of a qualified professional?

Did you feel your needs and desires were well understood? Was the preservation of your health and the safety of your home given the full respect it deserves?

Our role as a leader in the industry is to help you avoid a bad experience right from the start. We’ve seen the good, bad and ugly and know the cost and heartache that cowboy tradies cause.

You deserve service with honesty, professionalism and integrity. You deserve fair prices and great quality. We have served thousands of people who have become family, and we look after our family. Your plumber has been hand-picked and well-trained.

Thank You Again

  • From very initial contact this company was a pleasure to deal with. I've had bad experiences, so tend to be wary, but these guys were great. Job was done quick, price was fair and person who came was really professional. I don't normally leave reviews, but these guys deserved it. Won't bother using anyone else ever again. Thanks for an easy experience.
